90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Spicy Strips. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first order within 90 days of delivery, even if the tin has been opened.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@tryaveluno.com with your order number and the email address used for the order.
We will confirm your request within 1 to 2 business days.
If we ask you to return the product, we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
The money-back guarantee applies to one order per customer (your first purchase). Subscription renewals that have already shipped are not covered, but you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal.
Original shipping costs on one-time purchases are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you resolve it.
