Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped from our US fulfillment center within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Orders ship via USPS. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs
- Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save): free shipping on every order.
- One-time purchases: $4.95 flat rate.
Address changes and cancellations
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@tryaveluno.com. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and can no longer be changed.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will help you with a replacement or refund.
